We are excited to announce our new Family Services Manager, Cynthia Brigham!

Hi! My name is Cynthia Brigham, and I have been a resident of Lincoln County since 2015.

I am a mother to seven children that have been a great blessing in our lives. My two oldest daughters have attended and graduated from Taft 7-12 and are now flourishing in their lives. I have five that are still home and attending schools in Lincoln County. My husband and I have been together for 15 years and we love exploring the Pacific Northwest.

For the last 3 ½ years I have had the pleasure of serving our community as an Administrative Services Manager with Northwest Coastal Housing.  During my time with NWCH, I helped create and mold multiple programs that have been impactful in our community for families and individuals experiencing houselessness.  I enjoy helping others and look forward to serving our community while helping to battle homelessness.

I look forward to continuing the work and am excited to become a part of Family Promise of Lincoln County!

We are happy to introduce the new Executive Director for Family Promise of Lincoln County, Jessica Duranceau-Meyer.

Hello! My name is Jessica Duranceau-Meyer, and I am a proud member of the Grand Ronde Tribe. With 17 years of dedicated experience in houseless services, I have had the privilege of working on numerous impactful projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.

In Seattle, WA, I served as the Program Manager for the Salvation Army, where I spearheaded the establishment of the nation’s first day center. This groundbreaking initiative provided essential services and support to those in need, setting a new standard for similar programs nationwide.

My work also extends to Tacoma, where I collaborated with Catholic Community Services and the Union Gospel Mission to create programs and open Tacoma’s Tent City. This partnership was instrumental in providing safe and supportive environments for the houseless community.

Before coming to Family Promise of Lincoln County I was the Navigation Manager for Northwest Coastal Housing working out of Coastal Phoenix Rising in Lincoln City. In this role, I continued to develop and implement programs that address the needs of our community, ensuring that everyone had access to safe and affordable housing.

On a personal note, I am the proud parent of seven wonderful children and a grandparent to one amazing grandson. Our family recently welcomed a new member, a playful puppy named Rocket, who brings joy and energy to our home.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me and my journey in houseless services. I am passionate about making a difference and look forward to continuing this important work.

Volunteers are the heart of the Network: without them, it cannot exist. Volunteers provide a variety of services, and we are always happy to have the help!

So thankful to share another family moving into housing and for this mother being brave enough to publicly share the struggle of raising a family and the lack of housing. Thank you to all of the community partners and volunteers that helped make this a reality!
